Exchange and Return Policy

We accept exchanges and returns for all products with original tags and packaging, both online and in-store, within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exceptions

Products from the Party Accessories category are not eligible for exchange or return.

Note: Products cannot be returned or exchanged without a receipt.

For all returns, a return shipping fee will be charged and will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost of this label will depend on where the order was originally shipped. We require the use of the provided shipping label for all returns. Failure to do so will cause a delay in processing your return. Please note that Tando Accessories reserves the right to block a return if the return is not delivered to the correct business address.
